number of clients for easy viewing, publication, navigation and printing –which
can be necessitated via PDF file, but are stuck on how to convert it?

one can use to convert a word document to a PDF file.
One you have typed and edited your document in Microsoft
word application, click the Microsoft Office file button and select Save As –a Save
As window will pop up requesting the file name and document type.
In the File Name list, type or select a name for the document
then move the mouse point to the drop-down list of the Save As type and select
PDF or XPS.
Click save for your changes to be effected.
To open the file immediately after saving it, select the
Open file after publishing check box. This check box is available only if you
have a PDF reader installed on your computer.
Convert PDF file to
Word
However, after saving or publishing your PDF file you may
also realize that you have some errors in the document that needs to be
corrected. To correct this, you have to convert it back to a word document.
Open the file in a PDF reader, Acrobat.
Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane.
Choose Microsoft Word as your export format, and then choose
Word Document.
Click Export. If your PDF contains scanned text, Acrobat
will run text recognition automatically.
Name the Word file and save it in a desired location before
editing.
After editing, you can convert your document back to PDF
file using the steps above.
