England FA Cup quarter finals weekend is here and much is expected from the four ties scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
The first match to open the pitch will be Watford against Roy Hogson’s Crystal Palace at Webley stadium (15:15 EAT).
Roy Hogson feels happy for his side, hoping to “go a finger on the trophy”.
“It would be a fantastic situation to find myself in, and I would love to do it, even if I only go a finger on the Trophy.” said the 71-year-old.
Milwall, who plays in championship, takes on Brighton & Hove Albion -the closing match of the quarter final on Sunday (17:00 EAT).
Meanwhile, much is expected for the match between Manchester United and four-time FA trophy winner Wolverhampton, played at 22:25 EAT.
Having beat Tottenham and Chelsea to secure the Premier League return, Wolves knocked out top flight Liverpool to play at this stage in the FA cup.
Manchester United on the other hand are aiming to win the cup for a joint 13 times record. They also aim to make a return to winning track following Sunday’s 2-0 defeat at Arsenal.
But the question remains, with Wolves interesting moves, will they end Solskajar’s hopes?
Another interesting match to be looked at is Swansea City Vs Manchester City, with Pep Guadiola eyeing his first FA cup trophy in England.
The match will be played at 20:20 EAT.
