Liverpool extended their lead at the top of the Premier
league with 23 points after beating Crystal palace 4-0 at Anfiled.
The 30-year-old long wait is almost over as Klopp’s men only
needs two more points to be crowned champions in the 2019-2020 premier league
campaign.
Liverpool who played their second match on Wednesday after
returning from the corona virus break looked very sharp as they gathered all
the three points at their home ground.
Liverpool maintained their 100% league record at Anfield
this season with only 7 league games remaining.
Trent Alexander-Arnold broke the deadlock in the 23rd to
give this host the lead before the returning Mo Salah made it a double only a
minute to the halftime whistle.
Salah did not play against Everton at Goodison park due to
fitness on Sunday derby. However, he had a great contribution in the Wednesday
victory scoring a goal and proving for assist.
The Brazilian Fabinho scored the third goal only 10 minutes
after the break to make it 3-0 before Sadio Mane finisher in the 69th minute.
Liverpool are now 86 points after 31 games played. They will
be playing Manchester city on 2nd July at the Etihad stadium in their next
fixture.

Meanwhile, Manchester united thrashed Sheffield 3-0 on Wednesday
night.

in their Wednesday Victory at Old traford.
Solskjaer side played an entertaining football with Paul

Martial scored in the 7th,44th and in the 77th minute making
it 12 premiere league goals on his name this season.
This win keeps the red devils hopes in the champions league
spot alive having 49 points and currently in fifth position.
