Malindi Member of Parliament Aisha Jumwa has finally come out and explained why she cannot support Hassan Joho’s dreams of becoming the president of Kenya in 2022.

The outspoken MP on Tuesday sent a video on Facebook justifying herself as to why she cannot back Mombasa governor on his 2022 presidential effort.

In the video, Jumwa claims that Hassan Joho is not confident of himself and she can equally not believe him.

“Joho is not serious since he does not even believe in himself,” disclosed the Malindi leader

She claimed that the governor was being controlled by ODM party leader which makes him not suitable enough to vie for presidency.

She also expressed her discontentment by statements made by the governor recently.

The party delegates had on Friday voted to eject her on the grounds that she has betrayed the party by supporting deputy president William Ruto in public.

She was however bold and said that there will be no need for by-election in her constituency even if she is expelled, citing that she will continue serving her people up to the end of the term.

Before the expulsion, she had vowed to quit ODM and told her suppoters that she will no longer vow for elective posts through the party.

The besieged leader has had a coarse ride in ODM especially from December when Kilifi leaders acclaimed that she be expelled from the party.
