Flamboyant Nairobi Business man Kevin Obia alias Don has been released on bond awaiting judgement after police investigations.
Obia was arrested on Wednesday morning after he was seen on tape brandishing a pistol at a security guard in Kileleshwa during a row over a parking spot on Saturday.
Police say they have launched investigations and upon completion, the business man will be arraigned in court on Thursday.
They are also looking into the firearm certificate he presented after his guns were confiscated, to establish whether it is genuine.
Mr. Obia is already facing fraud charges after pretending to sell 7kg of gold to an Australian national, Mr Christian Gallati.
Obia is said to have obtained Sh13.7 million from Gallati during a meeting at a hotel in Nairobi.
