William Ruto: We want Kibra campaigns, elections be conducted peacefully

Deputy President Dr. William Ruto has said that their wish as Jubilee party is to have the Kibra race conducted peacefully without any chaotic moves and demos so as the residents can easily decide and elect their candidate of choice.

Ruto said Kibra by-election battle is not between him and ODM leader Raila Odinga, but Mariga, Owalo, Okoth and others.

The DP added that the Jubilee Party respects all leaders including Musalia Mudavadi (ANC leader), Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula (Ford Kenya), Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiber) among others.

Ruto was speaking during a meeting with African Devine Church members at Marsh Park Hotel, Kibra on Tuesday.

The DP was accompanied by MPs Aisha Jumwa (Malindi), Benjamin Washiali (Mumias East), Emmanuel Wangwe (Navakholo), Nixon Korir (Lang’ata), John Kiarie (Dagoretti South) and Millicent Omanga (Nominated).
