US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump are in the UK for a three day official visit. The President and the First Lady arrived on Air Force 1 earlier on Monday and were taken to US ambassador’s home in Central London.

Trump later met the Queen for a private lunch and a welcome ceremony at the Buckingham Palace where President Trump and Prince Charles surveyed the troops.

The visit to the UK has been long awaited and the leaders plan to spend a lot of time talking about the UK and USA’s relationship and their military ties.

However, Trump tends to attract controversy wherever he goes and lots of people are not delighted with the US leaders visit with over a million people having signed a petition against the visit.

Protests have been planned in London and Scotland as many people disagree with Trump’s policies especially on US Immigration and the separation of migrant children from their parents in US shelters.

London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan had given permission for a large inflated balloon showing Trump as a baby in a nappy to float above Parliament Square Garden for two hours, with Trump sharing negative tweets targeting the Mayor.

And by the turn of events it seems the only person we are assured Trump is never meeting during his stay in the UK is the London Mayor Sadiq Khan.

It seems Trump has alot to say about Khan

Could the UK visit be the most controversial for POTUS Trump? It is a wait and see situation as the days unfold.
