Former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna on Saturday said that president Uhuru Kenyatta is already rigging the forthcoming repeat presidential poll.

Miguna said that the president is already scheming on how to win the fresh presidential election slated on October 26.

The former advisor to Raila Odinga added that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has not done enough to restructure itself and that the officials who allegedly bungled the August 8 General Election have not been prosecuted.

"The @IEBCKenya hasn't been restructured and the electoral fraudsters punished and/or banished @Uhurukenyatta is already rigging #MbithiMustGo," he twitted.

Presidential Kenyatta on Saturday affirmed that he is still the sitting president dismissing claims by the opposition that he is only a caretaker president.

Addressing delegates from Western Kenya at Approved School in Kakamega county, the Head of state said he is not going to have a 'nusu-mkate' coalition government citing that the new constitution have no place for a coalition government.

The Head of state was accompanied by his Deputy William Ruto and other Jubilee brigades.
