Hours after the body of IEBC ICT manager Chris Musando was found by the police, IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati has issued a statement following the heinous act.
In a press statement released on Monday, Chebukati said that 'it is clear the slain ICT manager Chris Musando was tortured' and demanded to know who killed him and why. 'No doubt Chris Musando was tortured and murdered...read part of the statement.The IEBC chair added that police have launched investigation and the commission is working closely with them to bring Musando's killer to the book.
